Southern infoconsultants Limited (SIL) is a Delhi based Software company. The company was established in 1994 as Financial Services Company under the name & style Disha Financial Services Ltd. Later in the year 1998 the company changed its main objects and name to convert itself into pure software business as Southern infosys limited. Further, pursuant to the order of Hon’ble high court the company changed its name to southern infoconsultants limited.
The company was maintaining closely held status till 1996 and came out with its IPO of 50,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at par. The issue was over subscribed and Pro-rata allotment was made to subscribers. The Equity Shares of the company are listed at Delhi, Kolkata and Ahmadabad Stock Exchanges.
